QloudSpace provides live online education services. No physical product is sold or shipped, no courier is used, and no physical shipping fee applies.

What is delivered
The AWS & DevOps Professional Foundation Programme includes 45 weekday, 75-minute, live instructor-led online classes, together providing 56+ live hours, three guided project journeys, learner communications and the applicable programme resources.

Enrolment and joining information
Enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment is verified. The learner selects one available batch timing, and the confirmed start date, joining information and relevant access instructions are communicated through the registered contact channels, including WhatsApp where applicable.

Live-session and resource access
Live classes are provided through the notified online meeting service. Session links and learner-restricted resources are personal and must not be shared. Enrolled learners receive recording access for 90 days after the final live session, subject to the Terms and any notified operational instructions.

Delivery timing
The available batch timing is shown or communicated before confirmation. The final start date and schedule are communicated after payment and batch selection. Times are in Indian Standard Time unless stated otherwise.

Schedule changes or interrupted delivery
Individual sessions may occasionally be rescheduled for instructor illness, platform outage, emergency or another unavoidable issue. QloudSpace will provide reasonable notice and preserve the overall live-session commitment where reasonably possible. Material cohort changes are governed by the Cohort Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Access problems
If confirmed joining information or access is not received, contact support@qloudspace.com with the learner name and order or enrolment reference. Do not send card details, CVV, UPI PINs, banking passwords or one-time passwords.
