This Policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit the website, request a demonstration, contact us, enroll, attend a program, make a payment, request support or exercise a privacy right.
Who is responsible

Information we collect
Depending on your interaction, we may collect your name, email, mobile or WhatsApp number, role, experience, program interests, cohort selection, enrollment details, policy acceptance, enquiries, attendance, participation, project submissions, feedback and communications.
If a notified session is recorded, the recording may include your display name, voice, video, screen share or chat. Website and hosting systems may also process IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referrer information, diagnostic logs and security events.
Payments
PayU and its payment partners process payments. We may receive transaction identifiers, status, amount, date, payment-method category, refund status and limited payer information needed for reconciliation and support. We do not intend to collect or store full card numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords or one-time passwords.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, process enrollment and payment, deliver classes and resources, communicate session links, manage attendance and refunds, provide support, secure the service, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, maintain appropriate business records, comply with law and improve the program using aggregated or de-identified information.
We do not sell personal information. Optional marketing requires separate consent.
Sharing
Information may be shared where reasonably necessary with PayU and payment partners; hosting, database, email and communications providers; video-conferencing and learning providers; professional advisers; authorities where required by law; or a successor to the business subject to appropriate safeguards. Some providers may process information outside India in accordance with applicable law.
Retention
- Ordinary pre-enrollment enquiries: up to 12 months after the last interaction.
- Optional marketing records: until withdrawal or ordinarily no longer than 24 months without engagement.
- Enrollment, attendance, support and completion records: ordinarily up to three years after the cohort ends.
- Payment, refund and accounting records: for the legally applicable retention period.
- Complaint records: until closure and for a reasonable accountability period.
- Session recordings: available to participants for at least 90 days and retained only for the communicated access and limited administrative period unless needed for a specific issue.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, reputable providers, secure payment redirection and need-to-know access. No online system is completely secure. Incidents will be contained and notified where required by law.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request a summary of your information, correction, deletion where no longer needed, withdrawal of optional consent, cessation of direct marketing, or grievance handling. Email privacy@qloudspace.com from your associated address. We may verify identity. We aim to acknowledge requests within 48 hours and respond within 30 days.
Adults only
Programs and forms are intended for adults aged 18 or older. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied information so that we can review and respond appropriately.

Necessary cookies or similar storage may support navigation, forms, security and preferences. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this Policy and any required choices will be updated. Third-party links are governed by the third party’s policies.
