Cancelling an enrolment
You may ask to cancel your enrolment by emailing refunds@qloudspace.com from the email address used to enrol. A cancellation request applies only to the named learner and programme enrolment.

Information to include
Include the learner name, registered contact details, programme, payment or enrolment reference if available, and a clear request to cancel. Never send card details, CVV, UPI PINs, banking passwords or one-time passwords.

Cancellation and refund eligibility
Cancellation and refund eligibility are related but separate. A full refund may be requested before the fourth live session begins. Once Session 4 has started, cancelling participation does not create a refund entitlement. Review the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full conditions, amount and processing timeline.

When cancellation takes effect
QloudSpace will confirm the cancellation through the learner’s registered email address or another verified service channel. Until confirmation is issued, the request remains under review and the learner should not assume that a refund has been approved.

Access after cancellation
Once cancellation is confirmed, access to future live sessions, joining links, recordings and learner-restricted resources ends. Obligations relating to confidentiality, intellectual property and acceptable use continue.

Failed or abandoned payments
A failed, cancelled or abandoned payment does not create a confirmed enrolment. If an amount appears to have been debited without a confirmed enrolment, contact support with the payment reference so the transaction can be checked.

QloudSpace cancellation or rescheduling
If QloudSpace cancels or materially changes a cohort or live session, the Cohort Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy applies. Nothing in this Policy limits a remedy available under applicable law.
